Do you recommend Edexcel, AQA or OCR Biology ?
It’s up to the student, we don’t recommend any specific examination board.

For exam booking, do we need to bring the child’s passport or is a birth certificate okay instead?
Unfortunately, no. We can only accept valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

2. What time should I come to the centre ?
A: Morning Exams:
Candidates must arrive at the exam centre by 8:00 AM for morning exams for registration.
Afternoon Exams:

A: No, digital IDs are not accepted. You must present an original, valid form of identification such as a passport or driving licence. Without proper physical ID, you will not be allowed to enter the exam room.

Mock-UCAS Support and Predicted Grades
Where can I find the mock exam schedule?
The mock exam schedule is available on our website. Click here -Mock Calender . Additionally, when you fill out the application form, the mock exam dates will also be displayed on the form.
What will the mock exams consist of?
The mock exams will be based on the Full AS specification only.
How many papers will be tested in the mock exams for A-Level?
Most A-Level mock exams will consist of one paper that combines the content of two AS-level papers. For example, AS Biology typically has two papers, but in the mock exam, they will be combined into a single paper lasting 2 to 3 hours.
How long will the mock exams be?
The mock exams will typically last 2 to 3 hours per paper.
Will students receive a higher predicted grade than their mock performance?
If you achieve a grade A in the mock exam, your predicted grade will be A*.
How much do I need to pay for each subject’s mock exam?
The fee for each subject starts from £75, but it may vary depending on when you sit the exam.
Is there a fee to reschedule my mock exam?
Yes, there is a rescheduling fee. The fee may vary depending on the date of your request, so please choose your exam date carefully to avoid additional charges.
Can I resit my mock exams?
Yes, you can reset your mock exams. However, a reset fee applies, and the amount may vary depending on the date of your request
Are the mock exams based on past papers?
No, not always. We design mock exams based on what will best help students achieve realistic predicted grades for their final exams. While some questions may be inspired by past papers, the papers are tailored to reflect current exam standards and student needs
What is the duration of the practical endorsement and when and where it will be held?

Result
When will I receive my results?
Results will be available on the official results day set by the relevant examination board. Please check our website or your examination timetable for the confirmed date.
What time will results be available?
Results are normally available for collection from the examination centre from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ( Result Day)
Candidates who have purchased the Results by Email service will usually receive their results between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Please allow additional time for emails to be processed during busy periods.
Can I receive my results by email?
Yes. You must book and pay for the Results by Email service before the applicable deadline.
Results will only be sent to the email address provided on your examination booking form.
What should I do if I have not received my results email?
Please:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check the email account used during registration.
- Allow additional time during busy periods.
- Contact the Exams Department if your email has still not arrived -exams@uniquesixthform.co.uk
Can I collect my results from the centre?
Yes. Candidates may collect their results in person during the centre’s published opening hours.
What identification must I bring?
You must bring valid photographic identification, such as:
- A passport
- A driving licence
- A biometric residence permit
- Another form of official photographic identification accepted by the centre
Your results may not be released if we cannot verify your identity.
Can someone else collect my results?
Another person may collect your results only if you provide written authorisation in advance.
The authorised person must bring:
- Their own valid photographic identification
- A copy of the candidate’s identification
- The candidate’s written authorisation
Can you give me my results over the telephone?
No. For data-protection and security reasons, examination results cannot be provided over the telephone, by text message or through social media.
What information will appear on my statement of results?
Your statement of results will normally show:
- Your name and candidate details
- The qualification and subject
- The examination board
- Your overall grade
- Component or paper marks, where provided by the examination board
Please note that a statement of results is not your final examination certificate.
What should I do if my personal details are incorrect?
Contact the Exams Department immediately if your name, date of birth or any other personal information is incorrect.
Corrections are subject to the examination board’s rules and deadlines, and additional fees may apply.
What can I do if I am unhappy with my grade?
You may be able to apply for a post-results service, such as:
- A clerical re-check
- A review of marking
- A priority review of marking, where available
- Access to your examination script
- These services are subject to examination-board deadlines and fees. Following a review, your mark or grade may go down, remain unchanged or go up.
Can I request a review directly from the examination board?
No. All review-of-marking requests must be submitted through the examination centre.

Can I obtain a copy of my examination script?
You may be able to request access to your examination script, depending on the examination board, qualification and type of assessment.
A fee may apply, and your request must be submitted before the relevant deadline.
Certificate
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are normally issued several weeks or months after results day.
We will email candidates using the registered email address when certificates are ready for collection.
Can my certificate be posted?
A postal certificate service may be available. Additional postage and administration fees will apply.

The centre cannot accept responsibility for certificates lost or damaged after dispatch, subject to the terms of the selected postal service.
How long will the centre keep my certificate?
Certificates will normally be retained by the centre for up to 12 months. Candidates should arrange collection as soon as they receive notification.
If you do not collect your certificate within 12 months, it may be returned to the relevant examination board. You may then need to contact the examination board directly and pay an additional fee to obtain your certificate.

I would like to know if you have home-schooling for year 8.
We can provide tuition for most common subjects and compulsory subjects such as Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, French, Computer science, Urdu and Psychology.

Yes, we do accept private candidates for the retake.
