Candidate can take photo by mobile device , Please make sure you need to send a present passport-style photo, taken within the last 1 months. Only include your head, neck & the top of your shoulders, taken against a light coloured background with no other people or objects visible. Submitting an inappropriate photo could result in your application being rejected or its processing delayed.

You can collect it from your previous school’s SENCO officer
